Vinification: According to the traditional method of treading in vats, with controlled fermentation temperature.
Aging: In French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by 6 months in the wine cellar.
Tasting Notes: Red-purple color wine, with a black fruits and complex aroma, spices and touches of cocoa and vanilla. It's a dense wine of strong structure and soft, round tannins, with a long after-taste.
Suggestions: Recommended to accompany traditional dishes, desserts and cheeses. It should be served at a temperature of 18-20ºC.
