É um vinho de cor granada viva, aroma de frutos vermelhos maduros, algum floral e especiarias cedidas pela madeira que lhe confere boa complexidade. Na boca é macio, intenso, encorpado com taninos firmes e redondos, bem estruturado e com um final de prova profundo e persistente.
It is a wine with a bright garnet color, aroma of ripe red fruits, some floral and spices provided by the wood that gives it good complexity. In the mouth it is soft, intense, full-bodied with firm and round tannins, well structured and with a deep and persistent finish.
