Vinification: According to the traditional method on wine press, with controlled fermentation temperature in stainless steel vats, followed by maceration.
Aging: 15 months in new French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: It is a garnet colored wine with slight brownish shades, great complexity aroma marked by red fruits, jellies, spices and vanilla. In the mouth is a powerful wine, soft, warm, full-bodied with great structure, with rounded firm tannins and a very persistent taste where its alcoholic potential is not reflected.
Suggestions: Recommended to accompany traditional dishes, desserts and cheeses. It should be served at 18-20ºC.
